On April 20, 2021, the Korea Economic Daily introduced Lee & Ko’s ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Team established in response to the increasing importance of ESG matters in business management.
According to the Korea Economic Daily, “Lee & Ko advises on ESG policy not only in regard to ESG-related information disclosure, but in relation to corporate IPO, M&A, and investment and thereby provides a ‘one-stop’ service of ESG-related matters, which includes the establishment of compliance system and dispute resolution” and “in addition to the ESG Team, has established the ‘ESG Sustainability Management Research Institute’ to provide a differentiated advice to clients.”
