On April 5, 2021, the Law Times reported the ESG Sustainability Management Research Institute’s establishment by Lee & Ko.
According to the Law Times, “Lee & Ko has established the ESG Sustainability Management Research Institute to engage in research on ESG policy and related regulatory issues to support Lee & Ko advise clients on ESG-related corporate matters” and explained that “the institute will provide customized analysis of legal risks and regulatory trends relating to ESG policy, regulations, and corporate precedents, and actively support to increase ESG awareness and ESG management.”
