Lee & Ko completed 3 transactions, amounting to an aggregate deal value of 701.6 Billion Korean Won, and Lee & Ko’s adjusted market share, reflecting both the deal count and deal value, amounted to 22.59%” and that “In addition to advising Hanjin Group on its sale of land located in Beomil-dong, which was the largest deal in the first quarter, Lee & Ko was also in charge of the sale of Doosan Engineering & Construction’s headquarter office building, which ranked second in terms of its deal size.”
