2021. 04. 01. Lee & Ko ranked first on the real estate legal advisory rankings published by The Bell for the first quarter of 2021.
The Bell reported that “Lee & Ko was the legal advisor who provided the highest number of real estate M&A advisory services in the first quarter of this year. Lee & Ko completed 3 transactions, amounting to an aggregate deal value of 701.6 Billion Korean Won, and Lee & Ko’s adjusted market share, reflecting both the deal count and deal value, amounted to 22.59%” and that “In addition to advising Hanjin Group on its sale of land located in Beomil-dong, which was the largest deal in the first quarter, Lee & Ko was also in charge of the sale of Doosan Engineering & Construction’s headquarter office building, which ranked second in terms of its deal size.”
