On February 3, 2021, Seoul Economic Daily reported on Lee & Ko’s Occupational Safety•Serious Accidents Team that was established as a response to the recent enactment of the Serious Accidents Punishment Act.

Seoul Economic Daily reported, “Lee & Ko has created a task force led by attorneys Jae Deog Bae, Tong Keun Seol, and Yong Moon Kim that prepared and provided a list of Q&A to corporations,” while “holding seminars through webinars at the request of various industrial complexes, corporate groups and the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry.”
