On November 8, 2020, Newsis has reported that “KOTRA and Lee&Ko GCI have co-published “A Guide to the USMCA Rules of Origin”.

Newsis has pointed that “there is growing concern in industry about the impact of the USMCA rules of origin as it has been in effect since this July.” Newsis has introduced this guide book as a material which provides a thorough legal interpretation of the complicated USMCA rules or origin together with the case-by-case analysis based on different types of business in North America.
