According to Korea Economics, “Jung Whan Choi, with more than thirty years under his belt as an entertainment lawyer, leads the Media & Entertainment practice of Lee & Ko.” Further, it reports, “the Lee & Ko team advised Netflix on regulatory issues in connection with its entrance into the Korean market, and obtained an injunction for its client Big Hit Entertainment against the sale of counterfeit photobooks making unauthorized use of BTS’s name, images and logos.
