Kim claimed that, “In connection to the provision of separate election of auditors in the amendment to the Commercial Law, in case of elec
tion of a single director may be vulnerable to misuse of authority which can interfere with the management of the corporation. Possibility of frequent confrontation at general shareholders meeting is likely to increase, and various provisional disputes related to advisory demands and management rights are expected to increase rapidly.”
