Mr. Jin joined Lee & Ko’s Employment and Labor Practice Group in 2016. Prior to Lee & Ko, Mr. Jin served as a judge for over 20 years in various courts including the Seoul Administrative Court and Seoul Southern District Court, in addition to serving as a research officer for 2 years at the Korea Constitutional Court. Mr. Jin focuses his practice to all matters pertaining to employment and labor laws, including administrative, civil, and criminal litigation. Mr. Jin’s expertise is recognized through the industry, as well as internationally as he has been consistently ranked as a leading expert by international ranking publications, including Legal 500, Who’s Who Legal, and Chambers.
