[Law Times] Controversy over Derivatives-Linked Securities and Derivatives-Linked Funds Spreads

Woo Young Jung, the head of Lee & Ko’s Banking & Finance Group, was mentioned in a Law Times article on September 5, 2019 reporting on the impact of the DLS/DLF (derivatives-linked securities and funds linked to non-Korean interest rates). Law Times reported that Lee & Ko, which represented Woori Bank during the “Knock-In, Knock-Out” (KIKO) incident, has formed a DLS Task Force Team consisting of about 20 attorneys specializing in finance, criminal law, and civil law under the initiative of Woo Young Jung to advise on DLS-related matters.
