On August 30, 2019, Jose-Ilbo introduced Young Uk Park, a partner at Lee & Ko, as one of the leading figures in tax area.
As one of the founding members of Lee & Ko’s Tax Practice Group, Mr. Park is a partner of the Tax Practice Group and a team leader of the Management Succession team, which provides clients with comprehensive legal consulting services in management succession planning.
In particular, he has been recognized as one of the few experts with more than dozens of work experiences in management succession of large and medium-sized businesses, which requires in-depth understanding of various legal areas and extensive experience for becoming an expert.
Recently, Mr. Park formed the Accounting Investigation team at Lee & Ko by virtue of his past five-year experience as a CPA at a major accounting firm before passing the bar exam.
