A former Prosecutor seconded to Korea’s competition regulator, the Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC), Lee & Ko has recruited Mr. Park to helm a new specialized practice team for criminal antitrust defense; until now, the firm’s Antitrust & Competition and Criminal Defense practice groups co-worked on cases on an ad hoc basis, but the “Criminal Antitrust Defense” team will form part of the permanent full-service lineup of Lee & Ko’s diverse practice specializations and expertise.
