An article in the August 27, 2019 issue of the Seoul Economic Daily featured the Construction and Real Estate Group of Lee & Ko.
The newspaper reported that the Construction and Real Estate Group of Lee & Ko “has earned the accolade of being “without rival among Korean law firms in the reconstruction and redevelopment area, and private investment projects”, and that “Lee & Ko boasts so great a manpower that it is hard to find a large private investment project that did not involve Lee & Ko. This status is attributable to the experience and know-how accumulated over a long period of time, through the firm’s role as standing advisor to owners of large development projects, and counsel to such clients on specific development projects.”
