The Korea Economic Daily has announced this year’s South Korea M&A League Table results (buyout & announced standards) from January to June.
Sang Gon Kim has represented many among the top M&A deals, such as SK Broadband’s merger with Tbroad, along with other deals resulting in total of approximately 7 trillion 327 billion Korean won in deal value that led to his 1st place in 1H 2019 M&A league table.
The Korea Economic Daily gave high praises to Mr. Kim for his acclaimed achievements on all mega deals handled.
Among the attorneys with 10 years or less experience, Hye Soo Won achieved the “Rising Star” award for her 3 trillion 713 billion Korean won total deal value she has handled to this day. The Korea Economic Daily quoted her to be the most promising attorney as she also proved her excellence during her 6 semesters at Seoul National University Law School.
