Mr. Chan Youp Song joined Lee & Ko on March 9, 2015 as a litigation specialist. Prior to joining Lee & Ko, Mr. Song worked as a prosecutor for 24 years. His career as a prosecutor included, among other things, serving as as the Deputy Prosecutor for the Public Security Division of the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office and serving as the Chief of the Seoul Eastern District Prosecutors’ Office. With his extensive experience in handling special investigations, public security, planning and white collar crime matters, Mr. Song will be in charge of handling white collar crime litigation matters at Lee & Ko relating to labor laws, election laws and anti-trust & competition laws. He will play a key role both as an advisor and as litigator.
