Lee & Ko welcomed Mr. Bae on February 1, 2014. Mr. Bae has a wide practice experience in criminal cases and special investigation cases derived from his former positions, head of the first division on the criminal department of the Supreme Public Prosecutor's Office, head of the homicide section of the Daegu District Public Prosecutor's Office and chief prosecutor of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office Special 2. Based on his experience as a prosecutor, he is now fully committed to conducting practice and giving advices on the white collar crime including but not limited to corporate, finance, tax and official corruption
