Mr. Park worked as a public prosecutor for 20 years at the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office of Korea (the “SPO”), Forensic Science Planning Office & High-Tech Crime Investigation Division of the SPO, Seoul District Prosecutor’s Office, Daejeon District Prosecutor’s Office and Suwon District Prosecutor’s Office, etc. and has sat as a Chief Public Prosecutor and a Deputy Public Prosecutor etc. Throughout his career, he specialized in special investigation & finance.Mr. Jung began his career as an administrative official of the Ministry of Finance and Economy (current Ministry of Strategy and Finance), and thereafter he worked at the Financial Policy Bureau and the Financial Intelligence Unit. Before joining Lee & Ko, he served as a public prosecutor of the Suwon District Prosecutor’s Office and at the Tax Investigation Bureau, the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office. Based on his in-depth work experience accumulated while working as a public prosecutor specializing in finance- and tax-related fields, he has been providing legal services at Lee & Ko on corporate crime, finance, security and tax.
