Jin Kim, a lawyer licensed in Texas, joined Lee & Ko on Janaury 9, 2012. Prior to joining Lee & Ko, Mr. Kim served as head of the Korea National Oil Corporation (KNOC) legal affairs team, with responsibility for managing various legal affairs of KNOC, including, among other things, the handling of large-scale multinational transactions involving transaction amounts of several hundred million dollars each and various international oil and gas related facility development projects. As a member of Lee & Ko’s, Mr. Kim’s extensive experience and expertise will contribute significantly to the wealth of professional resources available to Lee & Ko’s clients.
