In March of this year, Lee & Ko further expanded its Litigations & Arbitration Practice Group consisting of specialists of the highest caliber through the addition of four former judges and prosecutors, Jeong Kyoo Han, Joo Hun Lee, Seok Hoon Oh and Taek Su Yun. Below are brief introductions to the new members of Lee & Ko’s Litigations & Arbitration Practice Group.
Jeong Kyoo Han accumulated vast experience in a various civil and criminal cases from his prior work experience as a judge for over 20 years. Prior to joining Lee & Ko, Jeong Kyoo Han was the presiding judge of the Seoul Central District Court.
Joo Hun Lee previously worked as a judge of the Seoul High Court, and through his experience as a judge for over ten years, accumulated extensive litigation related experience in the areas of civil, criminal and administrative law.
Seok Hoon Oh gained his litigation expertise through his experience as judge of various courts including the Seoul High Court, Seoul Central District Court and the Suwon District Court.
Taek Su Yun was a prosecutor at the Daegu District Public Prosecutor's Office.
