Lee & Ko’s anti-trust team has recently welcomed 2 new members who are expert legal practitioners in the anti-trust practice area, Ms. Hyun Young Ju and Mr. Moon-soo Seo. Ms. Ju, who joined Lee & Ko on June, 2010, is a professional lawyer who previously served as an Assistant Director of the Korea Fair Trade Commission where she was responsible for dealing with numerous cases in the areas of anti-trust. Mr. Seo, who joined Lee & Ko on May 2, 2010, previously worked at the Korea Fair Trade Commission for 10 years, during which time he developed specialized expertise in handling various anti-trust related matters. Ms. Ju and Mr. Seo are now adding their valuable experience, expertise and analytical abilities to further strengthen the already highly regarded and skilled anti-trust practice area and to further contribute to making the finest possible legal advice available to our clients.
