On May 1st, 2009, Lee & Ko welcomed an expert in the area of tax law, Mr. Byung Moon Kim. Mr. Kim developed his expertise in the Transfer Price Team of the National Tax Service for 10 years, and is a well-known expert especially in the area of tax audit. He has also worked in the International Investigation Section and the International Investigation Support Team of the Investigation Division of the Seoul Regional Tax Office, gaining valuable know-how and insight into tax law.
