Mr. Park is a lawyer who majored in customs law at the National Tax College and who previously worked in the Busan Customs Office. He passed the civil service examination (financial administration classification) in 1997 and for 5 years therefrom served as the Supervisor of the Clearance Section in the Gwangju Customs Office, as an official in the Clearance Section of the Korea Customs Service, and in various other positions of responsibility in areas related to customs law and administration. As a Korean attorney with an extensive background as a civil servant in the Korean Customs Service, Mr. Park has become a highly qualified and experienced specialist in customs law and administration especially in the areas of customs related administrative litigation, criminal procedure, civil procedure and customs valuation including transfer pricing taxation. Mr. Jeon is also a customs specialist who has extensive experience with the Korea Customs Service. Mr. Jeon majored in customs at the National Tax College and worked in the Seoul, Busan and Gunsan Customs Offices.
