Yong-Jae Chang appointed as Co-Chair of the Cross-Border Investment Committee of IPBA

IPBA (Inter-Pacific Bar Association) Council recently approved the nomination of Yong-Jae Chang (a partner at Lee & Ko) as the Co-Chair of the Cross-Border Investment Committee (CBIC) and this appointment will be effective for 2 years from 2009 to 2011. 

Yong-Jae Chang served as one of Vice-Chairs of CBIC previously and will commence his duties immediately after 2009 IPBA Annual Meeting in Manila, Philippines.

 

PBA is an international association of business and commercial lawyers with a focus on the Asia-Pacific region. It was founded in 1991 and has grown to become a pre-eminent organisation in the area of Asia law and business with a membership of approximately 2,000 lawyers from 67 jurisdictions around the world. Within IPBA, CBIC is the largest practice area committee with more than 500 members.
