Mr. Dong Soo Kim, former Vice Minister of the Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) joined Lee & Ko and began working as a consultant of the Telecommunications, Media and Information and Technology (TMT) Practice Group. Mr. Kim has built an impressive record of accomplishment throughout his extensive experience in the TMT area during his more than 30 years of experience working for the MIC.
