Mr. Eunjai Lee, a Partner at Lee & Ko, was appointed on November 12, 2015 to serve a 1-year term as a member of a special advisory committee established by the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) to advise the MOJ on various legal issues in connection with proposals for revising the Debtor Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy Act.
