Ms. Tay Kim (tax specialist and former judge) joins Lee & Ko

Lee & Ko welcomes Ms. Tay Kim as a new addition to the firm’s Tax Team. Ms. Kim joined the firm on April 1, 2015. Her prior experience includes serving with distinction as a Suwon District Court judge, as well as serving as an administrative judge in the Tax Division of the Seoul Administrative Court. Previous to holding these positions, she worked for more than a decade in the Legal Affairs Division of the National Tax Service. As a member of Lee & Ko’s Tax Team, Ms. Kim’s extensive experience and expertise in the tax field makes her especially well-equipped to advise and assist clients on all types of tax-related matters, including, among other things, customs/tariffs, national/domestic taxation, international tax disputes and tax audits.
