Attorney Jae Heon Park, selected as "Top 15 North Asia Litigators" for 2023 by ALB

Jae Heon Park, an attorney at Lee & Ko was selected as one of the “Top 15 North Asia Litigators” for 2023 by ALB (Asian Legal Business).

As a renowned litigator, Mr. Park has been a partner at Lee & Ko for 14 years. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a judge, dealing with a wide range of cases in the areas of civil and criminal proceedings (in particular, cases involving violation of the Public Offices Election Act), application, and family litigation. Based on his extensive experience in court, Mr. Park handles a wide variety of litigation matters in corporate, commercial, criminal and family litigation cases. In one of his recent noteworthy cases, he successfully represented Jeju Air in a lawsuit seeking a refund of the down payment and damages arising out of Jeju Air’s cancellation of acquisition deal with Eastar Jet, and won the case in its entirety.
