Mr. Kim is an attorney with extensive experience in providing corporate advisory and litigation services across general corporate matters, broadcasting, telecommunications, media, construction, real estate, healthcare, non-profit corporations, and family affairs. Since joining Lee & Ko in 1996, he has successfully advised and represented his clients in a range of disputes and litigation involving large-scale lawsuits, inheritance and divorce in Korea and abroad, the establishment of non-profit corporations, board of directors proceedings, and matters related to large hospitals.
