Attorney Hyeon Gil Ryoo selected as 'ALB Asia’s Top 15 IP Lawyers'

Hyeon Gil Ryoo, an attorney for Lee & Ko was selected as ‘Top 15 IP Lawyers’ for 2022 by ALB (Asian Legal Business).
 
Mr. Ryoo, after receiving a B.S. in Chemical Technology from Seoul National University, began his legal career at a patent office in Korea, where he honed his experience in IP for years, filing patent applications for registration as well as drafting numerous patent specifications. Since joining Lee & Ko in 2004, he has focused his expertise in IP consultation and litigation, covering overall areas of patent, trade secret, and trademark. As a senior IP litigator, he successfully represented his clients in some notable cases involving vaccine and smartphone patent issues. More recently, he is also representing his clients in various patent disputes in relation to OLED, semiconductor devices, polycrystalline silicon, and substrates for displays, and in trade secret cases regarding source codes and resists.
