Attorney Un Ho Kim selected as 'ALB Asia's Top 15 IP Lawyers'

Un Ho Kim, an attorney for Lee & Ko was selected as 'Top 15 IP Lawyers' for 2021 by ALB (Asian Legal Business).

Mr. Kim's wide range of experiences in intellectual property cases dates back to his experiences in the courts, including his work serving as a judge for Seoul High Court's Intellectual Property Division, as well as serving as a research judge for the Supreme Court's Intellectual Property Division. Based on these experiences, Mr. Kim has successfully represented top-tier multinational and domestic companies in various intellectual property-related cases and trademark disputes. Some of Mr. Kim's more noteworthy successes include the following cases: (i) Samsung in a patent infringement suit against Apple; (ii) Lacoste in a trademark invalidation and cancellation suit; (iii) BTS in an injunction suit for trademark infringement and a preliminary injunction suit for unfair competition; and (iv) Haeundae Amso Galbi restaurant name related unfair competition suit.
