Attorneys Hyeong Gun Lee, Seong Won Chang selected as ‘ALB Korean Super 30 Lawyers’

Lee & Ko’s attorneys Hyeong Gun Lee, Seong Won Chang were among the ‘Korean Super 30 Lawyers’ for 2021 selected and included in November’s publication of ALB (Asian Legal Business).

Attorney Hyeong Gun Lee is head of the healthcare team at Lee & Ko with special emphasis on cases pertaining to food industries, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, etc., and he is in charge of handling a wide range of cases including investment, licensing and compliance issues concerning the healthcare industry. Moreover, as the primary partner of the Corporate & M&A Practice Group, he is an expert in the field of corporate restructuring as well as M&A cases and has participated in numerous transactions in a wide range of areas involving corporate M&A, including M&A, foreign investment, corporate restructuring and joint ventures. 

Based on his experience serving as the Chief Judge of both the Seoul Central District Court and the Seoul High Court, Attorney Seong Won Chang has successfully defended clients in complex civil and criminal litigations including intellectual property and construction litigations, and he also has extensive experience in seeking or lifting various types of injunctions.
