THOMSON REUTERS, in its M&A review for Asian regions for the first half of 2011 (released on July 8), ranked Lee & Ko as the no. 1 ranking law firm for M&A legal representation. Lee & Ko acted in deals having a total M&A transaction amount of 18,425.3 million dollars, which was more than double the total deal amount of the 2nd ranked law firm in THOMSON REUTERS’ review. In the review, Lee & Ko ranked 1st by a large margin not only in terms of total deal amounts, but also in terms of the total number of M&A transactions handled.
