Sihong Kim joined our firm in 2021 from Korea Financial Telecommunications & Clearings Institute where he served for more than 28 years in various administrative and managerial capacities. He has hands-on expertise in the areas of payment and settlement, authentication and big data fields relating to financial transaction. In particular, he is recognized as one of the foremost experts in electronic financial transactions and had actively participated in the enactment and revision of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act.
