- - a joint venture among LG Group affiliates;
- - EcoPro Group’s acquisition of shares in PT. Green Eco Nickel; and
- - L Group’s acquisition of an equity interest in a securities company
- Represented M Group in administrative and criminal proceedings involving unfair related-party transactions.
- Advised multiple conglomerates (C, H, S, J Groups) on undue support and private interest appropriation matters.
- Provided antitrust compliance advisory services to affiliates of major business groups (including S, H, and D Groups).
