Hyeong Gun Lee is a partner of Lee&Ko’s Corporate/M&A Group and Healthcare Team. He has been also a member of Lee&Ko's management committee since 2018. He joined Lee & Ko in 1994, and he also worked as a foreign associate at Sinclair Roche & Temperley in London(1997) and McDermott, Will & Emery in New York(2002).

In numerous M&A transactions and healthcare issues, he represented many foreign and domestic clients including Samsung, Hanwha, LG, CJ, SK, Novartis, Reckitt Benckiser and Biogen. He has been repeatedly recognized as a “Leading Lawyer”, “Hall of Fame” member, “Distinguished Practitioner”, and “Highly Regarded” professional in the areas of Corporate/M&A by various international law firm rating services.

Mr. Lee holds an LL.M. from Columbia University School of Law and an LL.B. from Seoul National University.
