Minjae Yoo is an associate in the firm’s International Arbitration Team. His practice encompasses a broad range of complex international disputes, including commercial arbitration, investor-state disputes and cross-border litigation, with particular experience in the energy, construction, defence procurement, and shareholder sectors. He routinely advises domestic and foreign clients on high-value claims and the enforcement of arbitral awards in the Republic of Korea, and provides strategic counsel on global infrastructure and energy projects.

Mr Yoo is dual-qualified in Korea and in England & Wales, where he holds Higher Rights of Audience in all senior civil courts as a Solicitor-Advocate. In 2023, he was recognised for his oral advocacy as the winner of the cross-examination competition in the Delos Remote Oral Advocacy Programme for the Asia region. From August 2025 to 2026, Mr Yoo will pursue advanced legal studies as a candidate for the LL.M. degree at Stanford Law School.
