As a member of the Construction, Real Estate Group, Kyu Seok Lee assists clients with expert legal advice and analysis on a full range of related concerns including, among other things, construction finance, construction permits, contracts/contract disputes, property management, regulatory compliance & regulatory actions, housing redevelopment (reconstruction) and environmental abatement & remediation in residential areas. Mr. Lee's prior experience includes working as in-house legal counsel for one of Korea's leading construction companies, where he was responsible for directly handling a broad spectrum of complex legal issues relating to the company's numerous construction/development projects including (among other things) dealing with various regulatory compliance and dispute-resolution matters, as well as handling the legal aspects of bidding and contracting procedures in connection with government-related projects.
