Jongwon Shin joined Lee & Ko in 2018 and focuses his practice on real estate, asset management, structured finance, and project finance matters. He advises domestic and international clients on complex real estate investments, alternative asset transactions, fund formation, and large-scale development and infrastructure projects.
His experience spans acquisitions, dispositions, forward purchases, and development projects involving office buildings, hotels, data centers, logistics facilities, residential and mixed-use developments, as well as securitization and project financing transactions across diverse asset classes.
