Since joining Lee & Ko in 2015, Ms. Bami Yoo has been part of the Capital Markets and the International Arbitration Team of the firm. She currently specializes in international arbitration, and represented clients on a number of cases involving various fields and industries, including bioengineering, M&A, construction, defense, shipping, pharmacy, cosmetics, and steelmaking. During her time as a member of the finance team, she was involved in many high-profile cross-border investments in real estate, infrastructure, vessels, aircraft, and private equity.
Before joining Lee & Ko, Ms. Yoo received her bachelor's degree in law from Seoul National University, College of Law. After passing the 54th Korean bar exam, she successfully completed the two-year legal training program at the Judicial Research & Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea. She is currently pursuing an LL.M. degree at the New York University, School of Law.
