Mr. Jin Hoon Oh is a certified public accountant who joined Lee&Ko in 2015. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for Samil PwC as a Tax Specialist and has worked with major multinational companies in the areas of Tax Consulting & Tax Planning, Tax Audit, Tax Disputes, Advance Ruling and Financial Service Tax. Mr. Oh received his B.A. in Economics from Seoul National University and he is a member of the Korean Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Oh has extensive experience in the international and financial service tax area and has advised both Korean and multinational companies, such as Citi Bank, Citi Capital, Citi Global Market Korea, Standard Chartered Bank, IBK Bank, Woori Bank, Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance, Lina Korea, RGA Re, ACE, PCA, SC Capital, SC Savings Bank, CJ Netmarble, Samsung C&T, on tax compliance, due diligence, M&A, restructuring and pre-tax audit review, tax audit defense, tax appeal and tax ruling. He has also provided assistance on various tax consulting for major multinational financial institutions with business in Korea.
