As a Chinese attorney in Lee & Ko's China Practice Group, Haishi Li's practice primarily focuses on the areas of mergers & acquisitions, labor & employment, and Chinese legal issues. Working closely with the relevant practice groups in those areas, she has participated in a number of inbound and outbound joint-venture transactions and has provided legal advice on various corporate law matters related thereto.

Ms. Li joined Lee & Ko in 2015 and worked at the Beijing Office of Lee & Ko. Prior to joining Lee & Ko, Ms. Li worked at Samsung SDS China for 3 years, mostly handling matters relating to preparing proposals and reviewing contracts.

Ms. Li graduated from China University of Political Science and Law in 2010, where she majored in both Law and English. She subsequently received a master's degree in law from Yonsei University in 2015. As a student, Ms. Li acquired valuable experience doing work for the Yonsei University Institute for Legal Studies and, among other things, participated in the translation and publication of various legal writings, including: "Precedents of the Supreme Court of Korea"volumes IV and V (translation); "International Legal Issues and Implications after the Nuclear Power Plants Accident in Fukushima"(published paper); and "A Study of China's Climate Diplomacy and its Capacity Building" (a translated book).
