Il Shin Lee's practice at Lee & Ko primarily focuses on the areas of corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, broadcasting, IT and technology.

Mr. Lee received his B.A. in law from the Seoul National University, College of Law in 2008. In 2011, he was admitted to the Korean Bar and completed his legal training at the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea.

After joining Lee & Ko (2014), he has worked on a number of complex cases involving M&As, contracts, technology, media, telecommunications and many other corporate issues.
