Hyunseok Song is one of the key partners at Lee & Ko’s labor and employment practice group, and his distinguished track record and reputation in the market makes him one of the core practitioners in the team. Prior to joining Lee & Ko in 2008, he worked for Jisung Law Office for nearly four years, honing his expertise as a versatile litigator capable of handling a full spectrum of employment and labor issues – ranging from wrongful termination and wage claims to unfair labor practice and union disputes. Not just a seasoned litigator, Mr. Song has been recognized for his track record of being a trusted advisor for clients who can provide practical solutions in a variety of labor-related matters as well as expertise in occupational safety regulations.

Mr. Song is admitted to the Korean Bar and completed his legal training at the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea in 2005. He holds a B.A. in law from Korea University. As a member of the Labor Law Forum, he presented the research to be studied, titled “Legal Issues in Conditional Discipline”.
