Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kim spent seven years with the Korean National Police Agency, serving in investigative roles at the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency's Industrial Technology Security Investigation Division and at the Integrated Investigation Team and Economic Crime Investigation Team of Seoul Seocho Police Station. This investigative background, particularly in industrial technology security and economic crime, equips Mr. Kim with practical insight that benefits clients at every stage of criminal proceedings.
