Moon Joo Kim has been handling the legal aspects of patent prosecutions and trials for domestic and foreign companies, since 2023. During this time, she has acquired particularly extensive experience working in the area of foreign patent prosecutions, including those in the US, the EU, Japan and China.
Moon Joo is involved in the IP portfolio construction, patent applications, trials, litigations, consulting and licensing of intellectual property rights of domestic and foreign companies.
