He brings to his practice a wealth of experience gained through a distinguished 15-year judicial career and subsequent roles in both private practice and corporate leadership.
Mr. Hahm served as a judge in various courts across Korea, where he presided over a wide range of cases involving civil, criminal, family, and labor matters. After retiring from the judiciary in 2016, he spent several years at major law firms, representing large corporations in high-stakes litigation. From 2020 to 2025, Mr. Hahm served as Vice President of Korea’s leading platform company, where he oversaw legal and compliance functions and gained broad, practical experience across business operations, including leasing, public affairs, and ESG strategy.
Combining his deep understanding of judicial reasoning with hands-on business insight, Mr. Hahm delivers strategic, practical litigation solutions tailored to the needs of corporate clients.
