Over the course of his career, he held numerous senior leadership roles, including Director General of the Occupational Safety and Health Office, Director General of the Regional Employment and Labor Office, Deputy Minister of the Planning and Management Office, Director General of the Labor Policy Office, and Standing Committee Member of the Economic, Social & Labor Council, where he played a central role in shaping and implementing national labor and employment strategies. He culminated his public service as the 8th Minister of Employment and Labor.
