Dongmin Seo joined Lee & Ko in 2025 and he provides litigation and advisory services based on extensive practical experience gained through 14 years of distinguished service as a judge and prosecutor, specializing in corporate-related administrative litigation, criminal litigation, and construction & real estate disputes.

During his tenure as a prosecutor, Mr. Seo’s meticulous approach to investigations and trial work led to multiple distinctions, including recognition by the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office on 10 occasions for outstanding performance, as well as commendations from the Minister of Justice and the Prosecutor General. While serving as a judge at the Seoul Administrative Court, Mr. Seo handled high-stakes matters ranging from administrative sanctions against corporations, defense contractors, and pharmaceutical companies to major development projects, redevelopment and reconstruction endeavors, and administrative dispositions involving medical institutions and senior public officials.
