Inhyung Lee is a partner in the Litigation Group. Since joining Lee & Ko in 2011, he has been involved in complex cases in the fields of Administrative Litigation(Adjudication), Constitutional Law Dispute, Commercial Trusts Disputes, general corporate and civil litigation.
Mr. Lee received his B.A. from Seoul National University College of Social Sciences and he completed his legal training at the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea. Mr. Lee is admitted to the Korean Bar.

- Constitutional claims regarding the appointment and election of university presidents
- Provisional injunction against initiation of basic plan for new college admissions procedures in Korea
- Litigation for damages regarding soil contamination in U.S. Military bases in Korea(United States Forces Korea)
- Litigation for damages due to unfair trade practices
- Litigation regarding internal disputes within religious organization, including legal status verification of such organizations
