Eunsu Kim is a member in the White Collar Crime Group. Mr. Kim focuses his practice on a full spectrum of white-collar criminal defense matters.

Prior to joining Lee & Ko, Mr. Kim served as an inspector at Korean National Police Agency and received the Republic of Korea Presidential Commendation in 2015. Mr. Kim also won the championship of Korea Moot Court Competition hosted by the Supreme Court of Korea in 2023.

With his substantial experience in practical law enforcement, Mr. Kim is particularly well equipped to provide highly insightful and comprehensive legal advice and solutions with regard to criminal matters, especially in the area of capital markets compliance, anti-corruption and unfair competition. Mr. Kim also advises and assists clients on a broad range of white-collar crime preventive measures and regulatory compliance.
